The structure of CAEPA Cameroon is made up of a Board of Directors and management.

The board roles include supervision, mentorship, ensuring programmatic and financial accountability, giving strategic direction and representing the organization in the wider public. CAEPA has by-laws and board policy.

The staff of CAEPA manages the organization on a day to day basis, executes the strategic plan, writes monthly reports for the governance board for the purpose of sharing information and soliciting feedback but also ensuring that the board is engaged and knows what is going on in the organization. Staff members have weekly planning and monitoring meetings during which they assess whether the strategies being used are effective and make sure that all the work being done is creating positive shifts for the constituency.
